Enrollment in courses is on a first come first served basis.
Camp Golden Gate will offer two sessions of two weeks, the first one from July 14th to July 27th, 2024, and the second one from August 4th to August 17th, 2024. There will also be four sessions of one week with the following dates: July 14 – July 20th, 2024, July 20th – July 27th, 2024, August 4th – August 10th, 2024, and August 10th – August 17th, 2024.
If you are not able to pay the full registration right away, Camp Golden Gate has a Deposit Option that will offer you the opportunity to register and secure your place with a deposit of €300 for the registration of two-week session or a deposit of €200 for one-week session, and pay the remaining amount by May 30, 2024. We offer two payment options: Bank transfer or PayPal (where you can use your credit card or bank account to make a payment). If you use PayPal, there will be an additional fee of 5% added to your registration cost. We recommend to use the bank transfer payment option, especially if you live in Bulgaria. The PayPal option is optimal if you wish to pay with a credit card.
Proof of medical insurance is required for all participants during their stay at the camp. All students enrolled in schools in Bulgaria are not required to show a proof of medical insurance.
Transportation to the camp is not included in the price, but Camp Golden Gate charters private buses and cars from Sofia Airport / Varna Airport / Burgas Airport and Plovdiv to the Camp location. ALL TRANPORTATION FEES WILL BE PAID EITHER IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL OR WITH THE REGISTRATION PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL.

If you are unable to arrive or depart from the above destinations during the above mentioned times, we can also arrange for out of schedule pick-ups for a fee between €130 and €200.
Camp Golden Gate will assist you with the purchasing of your flight, bus, or train tickets upon request. Once you have purchased your flight ticket, the Camp Golden Gate team will work with you to coordinate the logistics of your transportation.
Should your travel schedule require an extra night stay at the camp, there is an additional fee of €40 per night. For families arriving by car, you must arrive and depart at the following times:
Parents are always welcome to drive children to camp. This will allow you to see the camp and meet our counselors and staff in person!
IMPORTANT: WE WILL ONLY OFFER TRANSFERS FOR THE FOLLOWING SESSIONS: Sessions 1 and 4 (BOTH WAYS), Sessions 2 and 5 (One-way only from Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas on July 14 and August 4), Sessions 3 and 6 (One-way only from the camp to Sofia, Burgas, Varna, and Plovdiv on July 27 and August 17).
